About

I’m Shells.  My lovely wife (affectionately referred to on the blog as “Trouble”) and I will begin trying to conceive our first child in 2012.  She has the designated uterus.  I’m the designated obsess-er, worrier, researcher, etc.  The process of two women having a baby is an oft-blogged-about topic out here in the wide world of the internet, but even so, it’s still very much “other,” and as such, can be very isolating.  Here’s my attempt to connect.  Wish me luck.

  6. My wife and I are also TTC this year. We have been trying since September with IUI but due to my blocked left tube can only try when ov from the right….so we just had our third IUI on Sunday the 25th. I am super excited to find your blog because I have seen a lot that are pregnant moms but not a lot of TTC, Knowing others are going through it almost makes it easier, almost. We are blogging too if you’d like to check us out
